I have old certificates but completely forgot the shares until I was going through old paperwork! I have moved a couple of times and didn't get the dividends or the latest certificate.

Can a company that has been deleted from a register start trading again?
IEC EUROPETROL AG has been liquidated to 3rd stage and been deleted from the register on 03/03/2009 and Gruenberger & Partners were trying to sell me shares in IEC EuroPetrol AG.
I Find Moneyhouse.ch/en/u/ an exellent site for checking registration of Europe companies. They say the company was in liquidation 03/03/2009. In UK the FSA register. Don't worry, I won't buy, but I would like other members to be aware as well.
