Competitive rates from a friendly bank

I have moved most of my cash ISA's to Clydesdale Bank over the last twelve months due to the competitive rates they offer on term and notice ISA accounts. When doing this the Branch staff ensured everything went smoothly with the minimum of fuss. Statements are accurate and reminders sent out well ahead of ISA maturities with clear details of the options open to depositors. Rates offered for rollovers are good and it is refreshing not to have to deal with temprary bonus rates that can slip away unnoticed.

Clydesbank plc scotland

No longer the happy bank they used to use, too many changes especially in staff, just when one appears to get to recognise them they are either moved to another branch or appear to leave. long term customers are not given any 'perks' such as special deals on loans etc., and if paying off such at an early date gain back very little which is most disappointing, especially as % rates for savings are so low.

Clydesdale bank, reliable and trustworthy

Been banking at Clydesdale since I got my first job over 25 years ago. Never really had any problems. Upgraded to a signature account which gives me extra privileges and insurance.
