Spark prepaid cards are offered by Prepaid Financial Services (PFS), who are based in London and were set up in 2008. The Spark card can be used online or to pay for goods out and about around the world. You can load funds onto it at Post Office branches and Payzone stores; alternatively, you can have your wages paid onto it or add funds by bank transfer. You can use it in an ATM but it may charge a fee.
