Poor unhelpful customer service

Ready to take your money but you will never see it back when you want to close your account!

They ask for you to send proof of address even though you did this upon setting up your account. They then ask you to pay for validation of this which costs money!

They then pretend to have sent the cheque to my old address saying it got returned to sender when I advised was my old address they said they can't send to a new address because I need to send validated paperwork which I already did!

They will direct debit from your bank account but will not direct debit back to your account, so they can use this as an excuse to hold your money to ransom!!!

Will take money but never return it!

Terrible customer service

This card worked really well for me until I decided to upgrade. I sent them all the extras needed to update and it cost me £9.00 to get the documents properly verified.

I got a new card, loaded it with £150 for a Christmas present.

They now have my money in holding and will not give me the money and keep sending emails saying that if you do not send your documents your account will be closed. They are useless over the phone which is very disappointing.

This has been going on for months and they are still saying the haven't received anything.

A card with lots of extras

Its flexiblE and can help to give you a credit rating. You can top up nearly anywhere, it even has an overdraft facility.

A nice gold looking card. Very handy and flexible. The only minus point is remembering the date to pay by.

You can top up at most Post Offices. You can review your account details on line.

Customer service can be a bit slow as you have to write to them.

Overdraft

Not informed of pay date

Cashplus prepaid mastercard

I found cashplus on the internet, the customer service really sucks and could improve by at least 60% because it is solely internet based.

It is hard to get in touch with anyone and there is no facility for emailing or online chat. There is a telephone number on the back of the card but normally you cannot get a satisfactory answer.

Good for a second account

It is easy to apply for a prepaid card.

I found the product online and emailed the relevant information to them and received the card quickly.

The customer service for applying is good but for other queries relating to advance is poor.

You ask a question, why offer of IAdvance if it is withdrawn or not offered with an Overdraft and they say people are randomly selected. If you ask to speak to someone else they just say the same thing.
