How to make a claim
Before Your Pet is treated check that Your Vet is willing to complete the claim form and supply Us with the supporting invoices.
The claim form must be signed by Your Vet and by yourself and indicate to whom We should make the payment. The form and invoices must be returned to Us promptly
If You ask Us to pay Your Vet You must settle the element of the claim for which You are responsible. If You are unsure of the amount please email or call Our claims helpline
If Your claim involves Complementary Treatment the claim form and invoices must be countersigned by Your Vet
