Very good in the circumstances

We were with Yorkshire, but passed on to Topaz, who are not recognised by this system. The mortgage was taken in the days of self cert mortgages, and so we have a slightly higher rate, although it is based on a tracker and so the last few years of been a lot better. Considering several changes in circumstances, and some very tight moments financially, including missed payments, the company have supported us and stuck by us, helping to rebudget and find new payment plans to suit all.

Mortgage Yorkshire ank

Great mortgage for offsetting your savings if you have enough to justify the slightly higher rate, downfall is its owned by an Australian company. We lost out when the interests rates dropped a couple of years ago because Yorkshire bank base their rates on Australian interest rates. So maybe in the long run we have lost out. We carried on overpaying to try to justify the rate.
