Excellent Company. Love them!

I have been so pleased with my Virgin Mortgage. It is an offset mortgage which I am not sure if they offer any more but it has suited me down to the ground. I have had this mortgage for about 10 years now. The Virgin team are only a phone call away and I can call them at any time with a query. their staff are always friendly and helpful. Interest rates are on par with every other mortgage company. They do not have high street banks but you can use Natwest or RBS banks if you want to bank a cheque.

Would definitely recommend this company.

Virgin mortgages

Please avoid this company if your looking at mortgage. Your time is too valuable to deal with the issues should you ever want to port the mortgage. It has taken us almost three months to simply port. We have dealt with incompetent staff, staff who have misadvised, call handlers changing their mind on a whim. A poor complaints procedure and all round dire service. Never again!

The One Account

Very good. being a current account mortgage the more money left in the account reduces the interest I pay each month - which you know from a satement each month. The opportunity on line to see your income and outgoings with the option of categorising, particularlty the spending, is a bonus. so I can review how much I am spending on my credit cards for example and make a personal judgement on spending less to reduce my mortgage payment the following month. Staff are very friendly with openong hours till 8pm on a weekday.

All in one place. Comparable mortgage amount each month elsewhere is m

The rate of interest is +3% - savings made would be considerably more
