I had hoped to never need to contact a home insurance company, but when my house got burgled yesterday, they stole some money, my laptop and my watch and damaged my door with a shovel. I've never made an insurance claim for anything, so I had expected a lengthy process and a full-on quiz and them to think up every technicality not to pay out. Within 10 minutes of calling Sainsbury's helpline, I had received funds for my money and my watch, and within a few hours I'd had a call from an IT company telling me a better model of Macbook Air was being shipped and would be with me within a few days. A glazier has already been to my house to assess the damage (they had asked if I needed one sooner but I could secure it myself) and this will be fixed within a few days. Overall I could not ask for more, perfect service and friendly staff there at a horrible time when you expect an insurance company to ask a load of awkward questions to get out of paying. Would definitely recommend, brilliant!
