PHP Web Developer - Cirencester

If you have excellent all round development and interpersonal skills, the ability to work on your own initiative, enthusiasm and a desire to learn we would like to hear from you.

In this interesting and varied role, you will work as part of our Data team to look after all the product information within our comparisons, and manage communication with our users.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity, completeness and accuracy of information about financial products and providers on money.co.uk
  • Identify new financial providers (banks, building societies, insurers etc) and researching the products they offer
  • Collate, update and manage the information about financial products and providers necessary to power money.co.uk comparisons
  • Work with the commercial, UX, PR, marketing and editorial teams to ensure all on and off-site financial promotions are accurate and up to date
  • Ensure all new and existing providers listed on money.co.uk have the correct regulatory permissions and act in compliance with current regulations and requirements
  • Support the customer services team with customer telephone calls, emails and feedback left via the website
  • Investigate and resolve data related customer queries

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with an aptitude for designing visually stunning, user friendly, well branded designs to join our friendly and supportive team.

  • Work with our Creative UX Manager to create and evolve new visual solutions

We are looking for a PPC executive to join our team, and help us build on the success we have had on our paid search and display acquisition channels to date.

Key tasks & responsibilities

  • Ownership of paid search and display growth KPIs for selected product categories
  • Account and industry analysis using both third party and in-house tools
  • Advert quality analysis and testing
  • Advert compliance checks
  • Keyword & query research
  • Search, social ads and display campaign build and management
  • Liaising with internal teams on projects to growth usage and yields from paid traffic

This is a role for a proactive UX Researcher who has the ability to map customer journeys and the experience to identify the most appropriate form of user research for all our unanswered questions.

You will be responsible for all research that will help us understand our customers' thought processes. You will bridge the gap between issues and opportunities identified by our Web Analyst and the solutions delivered by our UX Team, so we deliver what users actually want and not what we think they want.
