Dire Customer Service - Problems with transfer!

I have had an extremely bad experience with the customer service team at OVO! After more than a year of communicating with them I believed that the company had finally admitted their mistakes with my supply and were going to compensate me for all the problems I have had with them. They had been taking my money but not supplying my energy due to an erroneous transfer which arose from their end. This is the response I received from their Customer Service Team today!

'Hello Maria,

Thanks for getting in touch.

Having looked through the memos on your account, I can see it was agreed by my colleague Matt last year that we would credit the difference between the rates from the date you left to the date you came back.

However, as the supply didn't come back to us, this no longer applies, as you are with E.ON. Apologies for the confusion.

A Nightmare situation

Cancelled 2 days after signup (well within the cool off period) as a number of things that they'd told me during the sign up turned out to be false and so they would not have been suitable for our needs. During signup the customer service wrote down the wrong address so all correspondence went to my elderly neighbour. I tried to rectify this but the error still continued until my neighbour was changed over to them without her consent even though it was in my name and had been cancelled. Her relatives have changed her back to the original company and today I received a phone call to say that they had to now apply the change to my address (even though it was cancelled and they don't know my address). They say they can do it just by postcode and my electricity supplier. I have asked my supplier to put a block on my account so hopefully that wont happen, I have a disabled person and their equipment which relies on electricity in the house so its rather worrying that we will be left without power. Despite repeated phone calls to them they are still insisting on trying to change me over. I didn't think these companies were still allowed to carry on this bullying behaviour any more, Ovo has proved me wrong.

Switch over service from Ovo,not so good.

Ovo energy owes me about two hundred pounds more than 55days after the switch over. Despite numerous telephone calls I am still waiting for my money! I also did not receive a new meter despite being a customer for three years. Ovo stopped sending me statements because they said I had a smart meter, this meter was never installed.

Ovo Energy - Website Issues can't submit meter readings, or view profile.

Just been on your website to try and submit my meter readings but am getting an error message when I click on the 'Meter Readings', 'Usage' or 'My Profile' menu items at the top of the page, please see attached screen shot.

This happens on both Chrome and IE11 browser.

Could you please look into this issue and let me know how I can submit my readings?

Ovo the worst utility company i have ever dealt with!!

I was persuaded to join Ovo as I was assured they would save me £200 a year, as soon as the bills came in it was apparent they would cost me an extra £240 a year. The only billing system would never allow me to enter any information or gain access to any current information. After I left they kept on taking money from my account by direct debit and I have been waiting nearly 4 months to get a refund. Their customer service is non existent. They never fulfil a promise or follow anything up. Ovo is simply the worst utility company I have ever dealt with!!!
