Facilities 
Internet Banking:
A free on-line banking service is available to all customers. Using the Internet Banking service the customer can:
- check their account balance;
- view their statements on screen and print them off for a permanent record;
- see their payment dates and payment amounts for their Visa account;
- set up and make a funds transfer to any bank account in the UK;
- set up and action bill payments;
- create/amend/cancel standing orders;
- cancel direct debits;
- order copy statements, copy credits, copy cheques, paying-in-books, cheque books, Post Office envelopes, pre-addressed envelopes.
Branch Banking:This account can be operated through a branch.
Telephone Banking:
Telephone Banking is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The customer can virtually do anything by phone that they can do in a branch. Telephone Banking allows the customer to:

- pay regular bills;
- check their balances;
- search for a past transaction;
- request a statement, cheque book or paying in book;
- arrange, amend or cancel a standing order;
- cancel a direct debit;
- stop cheques;
- make funds transfers
- apply for a loan;
- arrange an overdraft;
- order traveller's cheques or foreign currency;
- obtain details of other Bank products or services;
- arrange independent financial advice.
Post Office Banking:Customers can make the following transactions at a Post Office branch: withdraw funds and check their balance using their card and PIN, make a cash deposit using their card and pay in cheques with a personalised paying in slip and deposit envelope from their Bank.
