View the most up to date information with real time balances, payments and transfers. Can also pay bills and transfer money at the touch of a button, schedule payments or transfer in advance, and much more. The customer can have up to 50 accounts: view up to their last 6 months' entries for their bank accounts and the last 100 days entries for the card accounts.

Telephone Banking:NatWest offers telephone banking, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Card Misuse Fee - If the customer uses their Natwest card when there are insufficient funds in their account and Natwest are obliged to pay the item, Natwest will charge the customer a £35 card misuse fee.
ATM Withdrawal Charge:Account holders can use NatWest Servicecard or Cashcard in any NatWest cash machines or through almost all other UK cash machines. At a small number of cash machines in the UK, the owner of the cash machine may still charge a fee. The customer will be advised on the screen about any charges before they withdraw cash.
ATM charge Europe:A charge of 2.00% (max £5.00) is made for ATM withdrawals using Cirrus.
A/c Transfers Int. Free:There is not an interest free overdraft offered with transferred accounts.
Bankers Draft Charge:The charge for a bankers draft is £12.
Bankers Reference Charge:£10 is charged for a banker's reference.
Copy Cheque Charge:Managers discretion - £4.00 min (if single item), £25 per hour of work.
Duplicate Stat Charge:The charge for duplicate statements is £2.50 per sheet (£5 minimum).
