TSB Customer Service

A good bank to deal. I have access to a local Branch and UK call centres. They have helped reduce my Insurance premiums. Very friendly, helpful and approachable staff. There are 3 local branches near my home and place of work for ease of access to a bank anytime while out and about. I also have a good relationship with all the bank branch managers and they are approachable and very helpful.

Great interest - 5% on credit interest!!

A brilliant 5 percent interest payable on all credit balances upto two thousand pounds (GBP), beats all savings accounts by a long way. haven't been with them too long but the two times I had to contact them, I got straight through and it was a United Kingdom call centre. The opening literature was clear concise and fair. I would recommend this to anyone who stays in credit at all times. It is an internet account so you won't get any statements etc, but if you check your balances regularly - I found I didn't need paper copies. You don't get a joining bonus like First Direct or The Cooperative bank but if you're planning to stay with a bank for a long time the credit interest will surpass any welcome bonuses.

TSB v Lloyds Bank

Things have improved dramatically since the split, statements are now up to date and seem to be delivered quickly. Communications in branch also seem to have improved a lot and you feel like a customer rather than a number. I would certainly recommend this bank for the their current account with the advantages it carries and perks which can be applied to it if that is what you want for only a small outlay for new customers.

TSB Current Account

I have recently opened a new account with them since they became a new bank on the high street again. Their staff in branch are very helpful and re-assuring and opening a current account with them was hassle free. They are committed to keeping branches open and do not open a absurd self service liek Barclays has introduced this year.

Good helpful in branch staff.

None to mention thus far.

Great friendly bank

It is a great bank which helps the local economy thrive, how ever the student account benefits are poor relative to the other offers in the market. Needs better rates for saving which can encourage to put away money and save for things. The customer service is great, the employee are very helpful and alway Seem to have a happy face which goes a long way
