Optional Kitchen Cover Warranty
The cardholder can also have the option of Kitchen Cover Warranty Insurance to cover nine of their existing kitchen appliances. For a premium of £14.99 per month, they can insure their kitchen appliances up to 8 years old. This valuable cover includes insured repair costs (call-out, parts and labour) met directly by the insurer with food spoilage cover up to the value of £300 on freezing equipment.

Travel Service
Savings on holidays to destinations worldwide are available through the NatWest Travel Service.

Free Travel Advice Helpline

The cardholder can phone this helpline number for advice on visas, passports, health and vaccination requirements. While they are away, the helpline can be used to relay important messages, to track down lost articles, to provide emergency cash up to £250 (subject to a suitable guarantee of repayment within three months) and to arrange for medical supplies or documents left behind to be forwarded.

The helpline service will, if the cardholder requires medical treatment overseas, arrange and pay up to £500 for the first consultation with a suitable local medical practitioner and any essential medical transport. Access to a local legal practice can also be provided and in certain circumstances the fee for the first hour of consultation will be met.

PrivacyGuard Service
Natwest offer a PrivacyGuard Service which aims to assist customers in repairing their credit record when they have become victims of identity theft. PrivacyGuard includes an Identity Theft and Fraud Protection proposition powered by Experian. The service will help to protect consumers against identity fraud and assist them in recovering their identity in instances of fraud that occur - not just on their credit card, but on any financial services products held with any financial institution. It provides comprehensive credit monitoring and identity fraud protection and notifies members whenever key changes occur on their credit report. If members become victims of identity theft, they have immediate access to a highly skilled network of individuals to tackle the problem on their behalf and can claim against the cost of recovering their identity.

YourPoints: For every pound of qualifying spend credited, a point is added to the cardholder's YourPoints acount, to be redeemed through Ebookers online travel agent and Easyjet.
Fees & Charges 
Annual Fee (£):There is no annual fee.
International Charges %:In respect of all foreign currency transactions there is an administration levy equivalent to 2.75% of the transaction value.
Interest Charged from:
If the outstanding balance is not repaid within the 25 day period, interest will be charged on the outstanding balance from the transaction date of each purchase, as shown on the statement, until full repayment is credited to the account. Interest on all balance transfers and advances will be charged from the date the revelant balance transfer or advance was debited to the account until full repayment is made.

From 1st August statements, if customers only pay off part of the balance, interest will be charged on the outstanding amount from the date of the transaction and on any new purchases until the balance is paid off in full.
Interest Free Period:Up to 56 days interest free period.
Min Payment £:If the outstanding balance on the monthly statement is less than £5, the cardholder must pay it off by the date shown on their statement. If the outstanding monthly balance is £5 or more, they must pay a minimum of £5 or 2.25% of the balance, whichever is greater.
