VIP Airport Lounge Access: Citi Ultima guarantees the cardholder access to over 500 VIP airport lounges worldwide (usually £15 entry charge), irrespective of your class of travel or airline used.

A Priority Pass membership card is included in the membership pack when the account is opened. Full details of which lounges are included in the Priority Pass scheme can be found at www.prioritypass.com.

Golf Benefits: Citi Ultima provides the cardholder with access to over 100 private golf courses and resorts worldwide. By calling the Citi Ultima Personal Assistant, the cardholder can select a club, check availability, and book tee-times.

Cardholders will also benefit from special rates on accommodation and golf: a saving of up to 50% can be made on green fees at over 250 golf clubs worldwide.

A full list of participating golf clubs and resorts can be found at www.prioritytraveller.com. If there is a club or resort that isn't included, efforts will be made to make special arrangements on the cardholder's behalf.

Concierge: The Citi Ultima Personal Assistant service is available 24/7 to aide Ultima cardholders with any arrangements or organisation required. There are also a number of specific offers and experiences that can be taken at any time. These include hotel offers, dining and spa experiences, shopping experiences with personal shopping assistants, help purchasing tickets to Wembley stadium, the theatre, and access to private clubs, including Aura.

Experience of a Lifetime: A number of unique experiences available to purchase exclusively for Citi Ultima customers. If an experience isn't included, cardholders can call their Personal Assistance and request it to be organised. Currently available:

The Ultimate Automotive Experience: First hand driving experiences at the Ascari racetrack in southern Spain. There are a number of high performance or F1 cars to choose from, and cardholders can choose to try the challenging circuit, the off-road course, or sliding in the skid pan.

Stand out in a crowd: An expert London stylist will advise on which colours, shapes, hairstyle, and overall image are best for the customer. This is followed by a ruthless thinning of the wardrobe, removing anything that isn't right for the new image decided upon, making space for new purchases. Following this is a facial and general grooming in a central London salon, before attending the private shopping suites at Selfridges or Harvey Nichols, where a number of outfits will be waiting to be tried on. The experienced will be enhanced by refreshments and even a massage if desired.

The Ultimate in Fine Wine: Beginning with a private wine tasting over lunch in the cellar of the Knightsbridge store of Jeroboams, followed by Jeroboams' experts advice on storage, purchasing, and investment in the world's best wines. If required, purchases can be stored at the correct humidity and temporature on the Jeroboams premises, in the cardholder's name.

One-to-one Cooking with a Leading London Chef: Spend the day with a leading London Chef teaching the skills required to produce haute cuisine to Ultima cardholders and three guests. This includes a light lunch with the chef and creating a bespoke menu of dishes based on personal preferences. This offer takes place in the cardholder's own home, so are therefore restricted to customers with homes within the M25.

An annual fee of £300.00 is payable on this account, and is charged upon opening the account.

The first additional cardholder is fee-free. There will be an additional annual fee of £150 for each subsequant additional cardholder.

The cardholder must pay the greater of £5.00 or 2.25% of the non-flex payments balence; or:

(i) 1% of the Non Flex Payments Balance; plus
(ii) billed interest on the Non Flex Payments Balance as shown on your statement; plus
(iii) late fees charged in accordance with clause 12.1 as shown on your latest statement (unless these have been cleared prior to the statement date in accordance with clause 9.2);*
PLUS
any amount by which you have exceeded your Credit Limit at the date of your statement;
PLUS
any Flex Payments Monthly Instalments (which include all interest applied to any Flex Payments facility during the statement period);
PLUS
all minimum monthly payments outstanding from previous statements.
