How you can give to charity simply by shopping

Charity credit cards provide a fantastic way of donating money to your chosen charity each time you make a purchase. Generally an initial donation is made by the card provider when the credit card account is opened, followed by additional contributions each time the card it used. These donations are made at no cost to the card holder and the amount tends to be a certain percentage of the total of each transaction.

A wide variety of charities now have an associated credit card so you have the option to contribute to the charity of your choice. Although many charity credit card providers do offer special low interest introductory deals, charity credit cards tend to be a better option for individuals who pay the total balance on their card off each month as they provide a way of giving something back as you spend.
