I have held this credit card for many years with no problems. I have never had problems using it apart from once when abroad when I hadn't informed them I would be abroad but I was glad about this as it showed they are secure.
Customer service has always been helpful when I have called and changed my payment date without any problems when my salary pay day changed.
I can't remember how I came to choose Yorkshire bank - but I have been with them for a long time. There is no charge if you pay up on time. If you think you might forget, setting up a minimum amount direct debit limits the charge to interest only.
I only use a credit card when buying through the internet or for emergencies, so I don't always remember about payment dates. They have never queried my occasional use.
It is easy to use abroad if you warn them in advance. They have contacted me for exceptional use - which I like because it means they are watching out for possible fraud or theft. I have only needed to replace the card once - when I couldn't find it. A quick phone call was all it took to get a new card.
