Virgin the first but only needed experience

I have used Virgin (now really MBNA) for some years now and they are always really good. The customer service is great, even if you do call up about something stupid, they off extra incentives and I just really like being part of this brand anyway. The fact that they off in effect a cheap loan service too to cash is just another benefit say you have a short flow issue for a car etc.

Great customer service

Phone died and they arranged for it to be sent off for repair. Repaired quickly. Accidentally put repaired phone in washing machine (don't ask!) and it was sent off, deemed terminal after which I was sent a brand new one.

Excellent customer service. Am usually the first to complain so credit where credit is due. Not sure if it's because they can see how much I spend (and pay off in full each month on my BA and Virgin credit cards to get the air miles - best credit cards ever - flew first class with mum for free with mum and back to LAX courtesy of BA) but think flipping great.

Worth the fee, no need to claim on home B&C insurance so no need to lose no claims discount.

Virgin credit card

I have a virgin credit card which is really good for balance transfers as they are always offering interest free periods. You get an e mail when your bill is ready and you can pay the bill online. Great for people who travel like me. It's not so good as a regular using credit card as the interest I think is quite high. I've always had good service when I've called them too.

Virgin Credit Card surpassed expectations

The process of getting a card was very straightforward.Balance transfers were easy to do online without needing to contact any of the parties.Using it abroad was easy as it is possible to enter one's travel plans online rather than spending ages on the phone. It is interest freeto December but Virgin have just extended the interest free period on balance transfers to March 2013, quite a bonus.

Virgin Credit Card - offers keep on coming!

The Virgin Credit Card people seem to have things just right. The treat their customers all differently - e.g. my fiancee has a card but gets different offers and rates to myself.

I got a huge credit limit and keep getting new offers all the time. The balance transfer fee I normally get charged is 3% but I have known them charge up to 5%.

The minimum payment is not quite high enough in my view, and all these offers do tend to "encourage" debt, but as long as you are careful there's no problem!
