Hardly ever use it

I only keep the card on as I have built up points on it, which lets me buy gift vouchers at a discount. If I were able to use all these vouchers, or if they added more vouchers which I could use, for example Morrisons or Marks and Spencer vouchers, I would be happier and use it. I tend to use my husband's card more (with his permission) as a donation is made to a charity that we like to support every time it is used. It is the Tearfund credit card provided by the Cooperative Bank.

Customer Service

My Amex statement didn't arrive so I called Customer Service. After obvious checks they confirmed 'hold' had been placed that day as postman had returned statement (must have been delivered to wrong house because I've lived here 25 years!). Hold released so I could use the card - confirmed status of account and sent Statement by post.

Quick and simple

No complaints from me!

It was a very quick and simple process of applying for this credit card. I had no unnecessary delays and was really pleased that it arrived so quickly. I've had no problems with the card or the company since I started using it. I would certainly recommend that others go and apply to Lloyds Bank if they want a reliable credit card that offers no hidden surprises!

Handy product to have

Having a credit card is handy to have for all occasions. In case you have an impulse buy pro see something you've always wanted. I like getting Paper bills each Month and this isn't a problem with the Lloyds credit card. You can go know to branch and pay any amount off at ant time before your bill his due or you can pay online or on telephone banking. Would definitely recommend this product

Lloyds offshore and onshore

Been with them in one form or another since the 70's. At one point they added charges for such things as travel insurance when we lived abroad and didn't qualify for it, only received a partial refund after much argument. No real problems after that until they were forced to move my account to another branch, then the trouble started. Lack of communication was the root of the problem and getting problems solved was tortuous. Getting direct debits and other things moved was messy and online banking was messed up for a long time. Why does everything have to be sent by unreliable post when we have the internet? For some reason my wife and I have completely different online banking websites for the same account!
