Works with loyalty points system by adding points as you buy stuff. This system not as good as Sainsburys because you have to send off for vouchers to use the money saved. Interest rate is always competative and they continue to offer customers free balance transfers etc at regular intervals. Easy to apply for and reasonable customer service if you ever need to talk to anyone.

Good rate of interest

Loyalty points scheme not as good as other companies

Easy to apply and also gives Tesco points which mean I can use the points for a number of different things making the card very worthwhile. Had a problem when someone obtained details and made purchases. Tesco Bank immediately reimbursed me and changed card so did not have any further problems. The only downside of the card is the charges for use when abroad.

This card is our major earner of clubcard points and we get 4 times the value by exchanging our vouchers for restaurant voucher codes - we always have a meal's worth in our bag ! They don't automatically increase your credit limit which I think is a big positive compared to other cards. They have a 0% credit transfer offer at the moment but I think it's a money making scheme as any regular purchases will incur interest even if paid off on time each month. The only way to make it work is to not use the card for regular purchases until the debt is paid off.

Excellent service with Tesco earning club card points providing good value for money buying gifts at christmas. . I would recommend them to anyone and have my mobile phone contract with them too. Tesco provide good customer service and would always say they answer the phone straight away unlike some other companies. Tesco credit card has good rates and easy to use abroad.

a good length of 0% on spending, but if your payment is late or you have a reoccurring charge and you cancel your card Tesco keeps allowing it and they have no flexibility in helping you cancel, listening to you didn't know you had to cancel it, thought the card did, its just pay up and pay the charges - as by this time you would have cancelled your DD etc as the card was cancelled.

Had a great experience with tesco CC overall. Good customer service, Easy access online banking. Nice to have points. Good rates. Have had a couple of contacts from them regarding strange charges, but only when I too would think there could have been a risk of it being stolen. So they are doing well in their security. No other issues

Points!

Cashiers asking if you want to pay with the card, yes i do!!

I have always found customer service very helpful. I do pay off my statement every month (recently changed to direct debit so I don't forget) but put all my regular shopping, petrol etc on it to get the rewards points which can also be double up on travel , meals etc. It's easy to manage by doing online banking too. I have had the card for some years now and am happy with it.

Very good card, never had problems. Management site fairly easy to navigate, set up a direct debit for minimum to avoid any charges.. Good customer service, can manage online or by telephone, can pay in at bank too if you're still in the dark ages! Tesco points for purchases. Can retain paper bills without charge and an email reminder when payment due.Don't know about charges because I haven't paid any for ages.

Reminder to pay in time, Tesco points

Tesco clubcard points are accumulated fast when you have one of their credit cards and use it for every purchase you possibly can, yes they'll glean your shopping habits but offer a good choice of clubcard rewards for your family. For families this credit card offers days out, cinema and eating out offers that can give you a cheap trip or you can spend the clubcard points in store on your shopping.

The main benefit of the Tesco credit card is the Tesco clubcard points you accumulate as you spend. Its a great card to use if you shop in Tesco regularly and are signed up and use their clubcard scheme. To get the full benefit from it, the key is to use your card as a form of debit card. Buy everything you can with it, then settle your balance in full at the end of every month. Their banking website is great. You can easily view your statements and transactions securely.

You get clubcard points as you spend.

Better balance transfer rates available on other cards.
