The Tesco Credit Card offers THE best incentive with Tesco points. Keeping an eye on spending means we can pay off the balance every month and earn Tesco points just for usual monthly spend. Earn points on fuel and energy tariffs. Points can then be doubled at Christmas to help with Christmas shopping. Customer service always very good, especially when card cloned and payment stopped before processing. Top marks.

Only had my credit card with them for a month, so can't really say much at the moment. But easy to apply for a card. Had an answer within seconds. Easy to transfer the balance from my other card. Get an email to say when my statement is ready for review. Log in process seems very secure with lots of security measures before you can see your account.

I have been in possession of a Tesco credit card for well over a decade now and have been extremely satisfied with their service and hope to remain a customer for a long time to come. Their customer service is efficient and friendly. You can always reach someone based in the UK whenever you call. I would highly recommend to anyone considering applying for a credit card.

I use the credit card for on line purchases mostly for security. When I have queried an item I have always been dealt with promptly. On one occasion there was fraudulent activity on my account bu this was quickly dealt with and refunded. I like that if there is any suspicion that a purchase may be suspect I am phoned to check it was me that purchased items. Makes me feel more secure with the company. I chose to pay my card in full at end each month. So I do not pay credit charges so cannot comment on the value for money. Although I do like the fact that I earn club card points, while I always try to get the best value out of it so its a bit like getting interest on what I spend. The last time I phoned the call centre is in Britain which helps when trying to explain my requirement.

not only do I use the card frequently but I gain points by doing so and then the points can go an awful long way to treats for me and my family. I have never had any problems with Tesco and frequently log into my on line account and manage my money that way. I know they are a trusted company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tesco credit card. Manage your money carefully and always pay at least the minimum amount if not your full balance!

I initially got a credit card out for emergencies, and barely use it to be honest - however, I was initally attracted to Tesco in particular by how easy it was to set up, as it was all online. However, I've found the downside of this is that sometimes if you have an issue, it's much better to go in branch and sort it, rather than have to telephone the service. I was not offered the ability to check my credit card balance online, and it would have been great to have someone to talk through the services offered with. It's fine for an emergency card, but if you're a regular credit card user I'd probably suggest going elsewhere.

I have had my Tesco credit card for some time now and actually get more Tesco club card points per £1 spent than if I were to get a new card now. About 3 years ago I phoned to ask for my credit limit to be increased but they said no then. Out of the blue a month ago I was informed they were putting it up without me even requesting it ?

I always pay the card off in full every month

I took out my tesco credit card specifically to make a purchase which I wanted to repay over a period of time and tesco were offering me 18 months interest free . I knew I would be able to repay in full at the end of the term if it couldn't find a balance transfer to another card at 0% I don't usually like to take up credit but when it's interest free and I'm getting 3% on my savings it's like an extra discount on my purchase !

It's a credit card. Straight forward but hang on, if you collect club card points then maybe this is for you. With fuel counting as full points, offer available only in conjunction with card use, you can pile the points on. The vouchers you receive from your club card scheme can also benefit your regular shopping although, beware some of those too good to be true offers that are designed to snare you into adding extras you don't reuire per shop. The monthly apr is not too competitive so I would certainly advise clearing the balance on a monthly basis .
