I found the product in the street, somebody had thrown away the leaflet it was like a gold ticket to a wonderful new world I ran filled with excitement to my nearest bank. The west bank is not a nice place and rather dangerous, I hid in a hole for a few months and when the gun fire stopped I rented a plane and flew home. At the airport I opened an account with Natwest other than the birth of my children, my wedding day, losing my virginity it was the happiest day of my life.

The good thing about my National Westminster current account is that in the twenty plus years I have had the account I have had no problems whatsoever. I changed to NatWest just before I moved to where I now live. Any changes I have had t make have always been nice and easy. The staff at my local National Westminster Banks are always friendly and helpful and once I have got something changed it has always worked first time. I now have my account on line and that is easy to manage there as well. As I am now retired, just after retirement I visited the Local Branch and updated them with my new situation and once again a lot of things got changed and all went through first time. There is not much else to say other than I would advise anyone who is having problems with there Bank to seriously consider National Westminster as a Bank to change to. I have never used the telephone banking service so can not make any remarks about that. I know cheque books are almost a thing of the past but both cheque books and paying in books always arrive in good time of me needing them. They do seam to have a lot more "cash machines" in there branches now, there are also less staff, but this is the same with all Banks now

All goes smoothly

As with savings account, been with Natwest for 16 years. Great customer service, always helpful in the branch. We have a yearly review with Jo at the Wrexham branch who always does her best to help us save money on our spending. Including day to day bills and insurance policies, loans, credit cards and mortgage. Online banking is very good, easy to use, although slow to add transactions from the previous couple of days.

It's OK. I don't have much to compare it too but staff in my local branch are always very polite and try to keep the queue time to a minimum. I don't see this as an added bonus, this is the type of thing a bank should be doing. They do keep trying to sell me extra bits and pieces like credit cards or upgrade my account which I find annoying. I would certainly recommend my local branch in Cirencester but I'm not sure I would recommend NatWest as a whole.

Slightly difficult to open, as online opening alone only partially worked, but local branch sorted it out quickly. Good to have 24/7 uk telephone banking in case of problems. Easy to use internet banking, secure without being laborious. Staff in branch are always friendly and plenty of branches to use around Bristol as often short of time.

Great customer service not dependant on how much in your account

I don't like banks as they try to sell you products you are not interested in. If I wish something from a bank, I would ask for it. It's like they are cold selling. I have not been asked for a while, thankfully. It would be better for them to help you when you are in debt, not try to get you into debt in the first place.

Natwest are a very reliable bank, I have never had any problems with them. Have always been able to sort out any issues if they arise. Including when someone stole my debit card details and used it on line. they sorted and refunded the transaction. Certain tranactions were then check every so often to check that there were no more issues.

Customer Service at Natwest is always good and you are always greeted as you enter. No interest on my accounts. I have many accounts with Natwest, so it is good to keep them together. The Natwest app is really good and allows you to keep up to date with your accounts on the go. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, as I don't feel the service is that special.

I have a Black Account which I have to pay a monthly premium for. This account has excellent free benefits such as roadside recovery, travel insurance, domestic appliance cover and mobile phone insurance. Access to a 24 hour customer service line is extremely helpful as is the ability to manage your account online and via an app for your smart phone.
