We have a very good relationship with our local Natwest Branch, and they allow us to direct dial if we choose. Whenever we visit, we are treated very pleasantly, and if we need to discuss any business, we are taken to a small but acceptable interview room. Customer service is really good. We can also conduct our business on - line, if we choose. I find it really useful just to post a cheque for paying in, rather than visiting the bank, and this is always credited quickly.

Slightly difficult to open, as online opening alone only partially worked, but local branch sorted it out quickly. Good to have 24/7 uk telephone banking in case of problems. Easy to use internet banking, secure without being laborious. Staff in branch are always friendly and plenty of branches to use around Bristol as often short of time.

Excellent customer service, easy to use on-line services. Any problems and the staff are more than willing to sort matters out for you. In my opinion you really should consider opening an account with them. They also make sure that you are aware of any products and services that are to YOUR advantage - not just 'sell' you stuff because they have to hit their targets for the month!!!! Any problems with fraud or unexplained activity on your account and they are there immediately to reassure you and sort matters out.

The customer service in store and on the phone is great. very helpful and informative staff. As an advantage gold customer, I was pleased to recieve a taste card last week. My travel insurance is always covered by the account. I have been a customer at natwest for 12 years now and have never had a problem with them. I would thoroughly recommend this account to anyone looking for a new current account.

I don't like banks as they try to sell you products you are not interested in. If I wish something from a bank, I would ask for it. It's like they are cold selling. I have not been asked for a while, thankfully. It would be better for them to help you when you are in debt, not try to get you into debt in the first place.

I don't have many problems with my account, everything leaves on time by direct debit, etc, but when Natwest have had problems with their systems and then applied charges for missed payments, or going into overdraft (unauthorised) one would imagine they would be keen to resolve the situation and not try and pass blame to the customer. However, my experience was completely different, I have encountered a few members of staff recently who forgot they work in the service industry and their arrogance is incredible; once taken to task my problems were resolved, but this was an unneccessary irritation to have to endure.

Customer Service at Natwest is always good and you are always greeted as you enter. No interest on my accounts. I have many accounts with Natwest, so it is good to keep them together. The Natwest app is really good and allows you to keep up to date with your accounts on the go. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, as I don't feel the service is that special.

I have a Black Account which I have to pay a monthly premium for. This account has excellent free benefits such as roadside recovery, travel insurance, domestic appliance cover and mobile phone insurance. Access to a 24 hour customer service line is extremely helpful as is the ability to manage your account online and via an app for your smart phone.

NatWest provide credit customer service and let you decide which current account suits your needs. yes they are charges for some of the accounts but the benefits you receive are greater than what you pay. this is the best account compared to other banks for my needs. I have been with them over 10 years and would not change. most my accounts are with them and their website is so easy to use and provides everything you need in one place for what you need.
