I found it really easy to apply for a new joint account with my partner. It was a really straight forward and quick process, with support along the way. My only negative feedback was that the automatic switch did not go well. 2 companies did not change my bank details over for direct debits, and claimed they did not receive anything from Natwest. In the future I would ring and do this myself so I know its done right.

We've had excellent service from Natwest over the last 30 years. Prompt, courteous unobtrusive service given at all times. All queries answered/resolved satisfactorily, never had any delays, or problems with on-line banking. Would not dream of swopping banks, will stay loyal customers unless they do something really stupid!

They were extremely helpful in setting up my account, the current policies and services provided are very satisfactory. I am happy with the overall service. I would highly recommend this. Overdraft monthly fees are low. Online banking is easy to use. I have been with this provider for many years and experienced no problems.

Easy to use online internet banking service and in house systems. I know security is important but I hate other banks that have them little secure keys. I'm not going to carry around an extra thing just to look at how much money I have in my bank. I think the best bank to use is Natwest not only because of easy to use internet banking but also because of their in house systems which are free and quick to learn. The bank itself has services in which I can get money even if I don't have my card with me.

Have been a customer for over 30 years. In branch service has always been excellent. What has started to irritate me now though is that if I use my approved overdraft for even just one day I now incur a £6 monthly charge. Have never really thought about switching but am now really considering it as I think the charges are a real rip-off! Always been a bit hesitant because of the hassle but will move accounts in the next year

I am nearly 60 years old and I have has a Nat west account since I was 15. In that time they have moved my branch and closed down the branch that was closest to me. But I have been with them for 45 years and so they must be Ok for me. Clearly, like other banks they have sullied their reputation in recent times but I'm not sure that this does not apply to all banks. I hope that the chance that they got with public funding to bail them out will eventually mean a better stronger bank. I do not like their savings interest rates which are unimaginative and not a market leading return. But again this is the same as many and at least NAT west are consistent.

I have had this account since I was a young teenager. I do not find a need to change. Most banks are similar. Their online banking is easy to use. Unfortunately, they are closing more and more banks because of the increase use of their online services but the only people to blame I guess, are ourselves. I cannot compare Natwest to other banks, but I would imagine they compare very similarly to all other high street banks.

We have a local Nat Westminister branch not that far from our house. It is handy for paying in cheques and cash and is the only local bank that is close by. All the other banks are a bus trip away in the next town to us. As a bank it is OK but we have had issues with them. I once asked for a new paying in book and received one very promptly. I was very pleased until I received one every day for a fortnight. I had to make a special trip to the bank to stop them as the phone calls did not work

The staff at the my local branch are very helpful without being pushy. They sometimes suggest services that might benefit me but never over sell anything. The branches are well set out and I very rarely have to wait long to be served. There on-line services are also very good and the website is very user friendly. I also like the phone app which makes payments and transfers a doddle
