I took out my MBNA card as it was a Manchester United one with a chance to win a signed shirt which I would have given to my dad. It's my first credit card because I wanted to build a credit history or have a way to buy and be insured for cancellations or missing goods. The card is fair enough, I just think there are better deals out there at the moment.

I have had an M.B.N.A. credit card for a long time. I first went with them because they provided a 'cash back' facility. This has since been terminated but I have stuck with them. I was provided with a Nationwide credit card (with cash back) when I took out an account with them and started to use it but stopped quickly when I incurred late payment charges. I found that Nationwide statementsa were issued after the payment date had been passed. As a result, I have reverted back to MBNA. Statements are received and I have 14 days to pay.

If you have a United Mileage Plus account, this is a good way of generating points. However, I wish they offered more points for spending. If you don't get points, they what is the point? Recently, they had a data breach, but they refused to tell me which company caused the problem. However, they were very fast in providing a new card which was very helpful, but this was after prompting. I don't think most credit cards in the UK offer great value.

I can say that the customer service is excellent. Any questions are answered proffesionally and quickly. The online account is clear and easy to understand. Mbn offers good deals on transfers. My old Amazon card was replaced by MBNA company and the process went without any problems. EAsy activation, the pin the same as before. Easy to use and easy to set up monthly payments.

The customer service team are extremely helpful and friendly, good credit score, you can earn points for every £ spent and than you can buy items for the points earned. Its great when you go abroad, free phone number to contact the customer service, longer hours open. They do have special rates, 0% interest on purchase s for 3 to 6 months

A great credit card from a good company. They always offer rewards for purchases, let me pay off in full by direct debit so I am not charged interest. Overall, I am very satisified and I would recommend MBNA to any out there wishing for a credit card as an alternative to a debit card.

Don't think you can apply for this card - different supplier now. I have had problems with receiving electronic statements from MBNA and both them and me could not find a resolution. Only way was to continue receiving paper statements. Customer Service were not very helpful with this problem.

Anytime I have rung them for an issue it has been resolved immeidately and to my satisfaction and also followed on with a courtesy call to check that I am happy with the resolution.Overall I am very satisfied with the service provided. The product as a whole does pretty much the same as every other creditcard but as I mentioned the difference is in the customer service experience.

This is a credit card which used to be available but is no longer being marketed. However, you should keep an eye out on MBNA's website as it may be reintroduced in the future. The deal is as follows, pay an annual fee of 60 quid and you get a credit card which now earns 2.5 avios for every pound you spend. This is the highest earning rate for any credit card I'm aware of and those Avios really do start adding up

Low annual fee

Not currently available but keep an eye out in case it's released agai

I only use the credit card to pay for things that I have the cash in hand for. Bearing this in mind, the payment method (online) with paper bills suits me grand.
