The new feature of savings on restaurants and shops when you use your visa is good and has let me make savings. Generally good service. Sometimes there is a long queue if you need to call them with an issue and I have had issues where the call centre have needed to put me through to the branch but no one at the branch picks up the phone.

I had some shares that I didn't really want as I am anti all types of 'gambling' which is how I see shares. I was fairly terrified about what to do about cashing them in, but the staff at Lloyds explained everything clearly, helped me with what to do, and what was the best timing to do it, and explained the possible versus the likely outcomes.

They understand what they were doing.

I'd bought a PEP and it turned into shares without my wanting it to.

My husband has banked with them for years and since I have a joint account I have been pleased. They offer an excellent interest rate for their current account which is a pleasant treat to have interest added monthly. Their online and mobile sites are easy to use and include a lot of useful functionality such as the Money Manager tool and the ability to make payments via mobile. They have a good range of purchase cash back deals too with brands such as Waitrose and Heals. Happy and not looking to change.

We used to have our own personal banker, now it seems to be who ever picks up the phone. They always gave us a diary - not any more. We used to be invited to special events - not anymore! We now feel it is very impersonal and we are just a number. we would like to change, but I don't think there is any bank on the market except the private banks who now give this service.

Cannot fault the customer service in the branch I use. I am only a small customer but the staff call me by name, help with any queries (however trivial) and I always feel valued. They always advise me on things. Only thing I'm not happy with is would prefer a landline number to call them on to an 0845 number which is charged on a mobile.

Customer Service, ease of banking

As above, not having a landline number which is free on a mobile

Lloyds queuing system

My local branch rarely has queues although often there is only one counter available. The staff are always polite and helpful. having to make an appointment to open a new account is a bother and the waiting area is small which makes it hard for privacy whilst at the counter. In larger branches the queues can be horrendous though there are quite a few self service areas which implies that is where LLoyds really want you to use rather than the staffed counters.

All of the lloyds staff I have dealt with are superb and happy to help. All of the services and accounts they offer are second to none. I have a couple of accounts with them and the rates they give are very good. I would highly recommend lloyds to anyone that is not sure what bank to go for, whatever you are looking for they will more than help to sort it out and get you on board.

Found out about the product from the staff in my local branch, it was very easy to transfer to this account which has more benefits a good rate of interest and online access without a charge providing you have two direct debits going out a month, you do have to pay in a specified amount each month, but this can be transferred from other accounts which is handy if you do not earn the required amount, but do have the funds.

Good rate of interest

You can only have a mx of £5000.00 in this account

I chose Lloyds TSB in 2006 because I thought they were old, big and reliable enough and I still think so. Lately it's been really easy to deposit cheques, do online banking and their app works well too. There hasn't been any reason for me to swap to anther bank so far. I find their customer service assistants knowledgeable, focused, polite, helpful and kind. I lost my Debit card once and I got the new one in two days. I do like their logo too.

I have a Club Lloyds saver which I have had for the last six months, it pays a good rate of interest and the end of the 12 month term. It also gives a benefit of either various offers with the account for example I have a twelve month Gourmet Diner cards which gives discount at various restaurants I could have had a 12 month magazine subscription. I found out about the account when I changed my current account to a Club Lloyds account whilst I was in the bank. Have already recommend to colleagues at work as I was easy to open online access and the staff in branch are very helpful
