Hilton HHonors partner with financial institutions American Express and Citibank to offer seven different credit cards in six different countries. Their credit cards offer the opportunity to earn Hilton Hhonours points that can then be redeemed at any Hilton across the globe or on flights with one of fifty of their partner airlines.
