Consistent Unit Trust Management Company Limited (the Company) is an independent investment management company authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. The Company, which is a subsidiary of the London and St. Lawrence Investment Company PLC, was established in 1988 to manage the Consistent Unit Trust which was created as a result of the "roll over" of the Ambrose Investment Trust.
