Dial Direct offered a renewal quote that was far more inflated than offers on internet searches. After a phone call our quotes were lowered and we were advised that they would not send confirmation of the new prices, they would automatically be changed on our account - low and behold, payments taken out on renewal not at the cheaper price.
We also had months of issues after a cancelled claim for damage to our vehicle that meant we could not insure our new vehicle directly. It took 26 phone calls to rectify the problem that they had created but we had no apology or even a token of apology.
Shoddy Customer Service
