I'm very pleased with my service with Virgin Media. Despite some teething problems I found them so much better than my previous provider Talk Talk, of whom I will never return back to.

The speeds are generally around what you pay for and are reasonably consistent. Considering there is no download limit it is well worth the price.

Ive tried other broadband providers, who were not up too scratch. Virgin so far are the best. Since I live in a Category B listed building fibre optic was the only solution, very please so far

Only once in 5 years has the broadband and tv gone down, deaarer than Talk Talk..but when i had them they constantly had no phone or broadband service and threatened me continually with court action if i did not pay monthly....even though i had no services for over 7 weeks!!! So yes Virgin are so much better as they at least provide me with what i pay for!!

Quality is crap

Since the change from NTL to Virgin Media the service has been gradually changing.
Before the change the customer service you received was excellent,now it seems Price is more important than service quality.

I think Virgin Media offer a good range of TV services for a good price but there are downsides as well as positives. Signal can be pretty poor sometimes and is a postcode lottery. Installation was quick. The call centre staff can be frustrating as they appear to read off a script and not listen to the customer as an individual. Loyalty is not rewarded either.

Against other services Virgin Media is value for money. There Broadband is fast and it has its own virus software which is good. As a package it is competitive.

Virginmedia broadband are ok for me, as they have been the only broadband provider I have had. They understood when I didn't want to get a phoneline, so they provided me with a service tailored to my need

swapped from Primus and was very happy with my deral and Virgin';s customer serviuce. The move to business account has not been so good. Inaccurate info re ISP meant costs for IT, delays in accessing company accounts, and ongoing issues involving their router and port accessibility

Lots of LARGE Bundle options
Not enough small bundle eg just tel and web

I've been with Virgin Media for over 3 years. I've not changed simple because it's convenient and I've yet to find a provider for just internet and phone. I have the TV, Internet and Phone bundle with Virgin, but most TV's these days offer free view which is to the same standard as Virgin M TV package. I only use the phone and internet.

Loss of e mail if you leave Virgin

Many hiccups in Broadband service .Dear compared to BT : for Example, BT Sport is Free,£15.50 pm for Virgin Sport 1 Channel . Special Offers are for ''New Customers only''
Worst is that if you leave you lose your e mail address which they allocate when you become a customer-- I'm not sure it's even legal.!!
