We got Saga fully comprehensive car insurance at an excellent premium, together with Saga full breakdown cover at half price. Even the full breakdown price is far cheaper than AA or RAC. The breakdown service covers the car that is insured with Saga and also any car that I and my husband is driving. We had to use the breakdown service a few months ago. We were somewhere fairly remote. The recovery was quick and courteous. We'll continue with Saga in the future.

Getting a quote was easy online. I rang Saga as well - the customer service was excellent, and I don't remember having to go through a load of option menus on the phone. People on the phone were friendly, and efficient. The cost was lower than I had been paying with my previous company, so I paid for the year upfront, which saved more money than a monthly direct debit.

Always search the market for best prices and offers tailored to your own needs. Found they had very competative prices and the policy had all the features we required. They seem to offer a very good service although as yet we have not needed to make any claims. Cover include normal United Kingdom but also Europe which was something we needed.

I asked Saga if they would include Breakdown cover for our car when our policy was due for renewal last week and they did this without adding on a further cost to our premium, it has made us stay with Saga for another year as they have been very fair with us. We also said the premium was a bit high in relation to our seniors income and we got a further discount, of course we do have a 'no Claims Discount' our car is only one year old with little mileage as we do not go very far, also they gave us the best quote from another 3 companies. I would recommend Saga for older people as both being 77, of course I cannot speak for younger drivers.

They are well established company and we feel secure with them.

A good standard of cover through saga this was included in the insurance policy. I have a new car so I have not had to use the cover so far. It is a good added extra to a policy that does help in deciding which company and polict to take when renual is due. Would be very helpful if you had an older vehicle. Many companies are now offering this service as standard with car insurance.

I was not aware when I took out my insurance with Saga that I got breakdown cover for free. The insurance was a great quote, cheaper then what I was paying so to get free breakdown was a fab bonus. I used comparison web site for the insurance. I did not do it on line and when I phoned they were very helpful.I would suggest you give them a ring or look online before you renew.
