I locked my keys in my car. I called up my flex plus nationwide account and they put me through to the breakdown service they provide (brittania) who were on the scene very efficiently. although the person was unable to fix the fault then and there, they did recover me 60 miles back home. They recovered me to a service station first to catch another relay but there was nobody available so they got me and my partner a taxi back home and then had the car towed back for me the following day. They then had a professional locksmith come out and gain access, paid for my taxi to pick the car up and that was that. Although yes it was a bit of a longwinded procedure, i cannot fault their excellent customer service, and their willingness to get the car sorted. The fact is, i was the idiot who locked his keys in the car. The fact that they then paid for a locksmith to open the car for me also was extremely generous and I'm very grateful.
