During the fourteen days 'cooling off' period after the initial purchase, you may cancel your policy and your premium will be refunded in full providing you have not made a claim or used the service. After the fourteen day 'cooling off' period you have the right to cancel this policy and obtain a full refund at any time during the period of cover if you are unhappy with the breakdown service provided by our vehicle recovery operators.
