How to benefit
Visit www.danda.co.uk, enter your name, date or birth and email address and the discounted vouchers will be emailed to you. You will then need to book an appointment (this can be at any of their nationwide branches) and present the voucher when you pay.
Expiry date
The offer expires on Tuesday 5th February, 2008.
Conditions
The discount vouchers cann't be used for an NHS eye test or in conjunction with any other eye test offer. Additionally, photocopied vouchers won't be accepted and only one voucher per appointment is allowed.
